I adored the charming decor throughout the hotel, which combined rustic elegance with modern comfort. The pool area was easily accessible and provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Taxco.
Stronger Wi-Fi would enhance the experience for seniors.

Amazing stay with stunning views!
We stayed for 2 nights in a double room and it was such a cozy spot! The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop restaurant served the best chilaquiles ever. Location was perfect – we walked everywhere. Just wish the wifi was a bit better in our room. Still, definitely a great experience!

beautiful decorations, strong water pressure, cozy atmosphere
The room's street noise is unbearable at times!!! The internet connection was spotty and unreliable. A larger pool would definitely enhance the experience!!! Lighting throughout the interior needs serious improvement!!!

Just a reliable pick for a weekend in Taxco de Alarcon with high value for money. I have zero complaints about my stay. If you want a quiet room, ask for one away from the street.

We spent time by the pool and visited the nearby silver market and the stunning Santa Prisca Church. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I recommend trying the local breakfast options for a real treat!
The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great in our room, which was a bit frustrating when trying to share our trip photos.
